We want your order to reach you carefully and on time. Every Adalene package is prepared with attention — inspected, folded, and sealed before it leaves our hands. Once it leaves, we trust our partners to carry it with the same care.
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. If anything feels off or takes longer than expected, reach out — we're here.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind every piece we make. If something didn't work — the fit, the feel, the moment — we'll make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Please note: items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Custom or made-to-order pieces follow separate exchange terms — our team will clarify these at the time of purchase.
